Terms And Conditions

1. Rent, Admission, Vacating policy.

• For admission formality Id proof (Aadhar card, Driving license, Voter id) Xerox and passport size photo also will be collected.
• Rooms will be allotted on Advance/Token advance basis. No manual communication will be entertained.
• Rent will be collected on date of entry basis (if entered on 25th of current month, have to pay the rent on 24th of next month). Rent should be paid on or before 5 days from getting Rent sheet or Message from Management. A late of Rs 250/- will be charged every day from 6th day.
• If rent is not paid until 10 days from getting receipt, I understand and agree I am legally vacating the room on 11th day. If I don’t show up, I authorize management remove all my stuff from room and dispose it.
• Apart from Deductions, Room rent will not adjusted in Advance.
• Monthly EB Charges are separate from room rent, Charges based on Room sub meter reading. Minimum EB charges of Rs.100 will be collected every month, even if you are not stayed in room for maximum days.
• Rs 2000 will be deducted in my advance, if I fail to give 15 days of notice period before my vacating date.
• If you are vacating the room before Collection date on first month, one month rent/EB Cost will be deducted in advance.
• If I am vacate the room on starting of the month the rent will be taken for entire month. (For example if you came in 15th of January month, I need to vacate on or before 14th of February or future month) if I vacated on 16th of the February, Feb rent will also be deducted).
• At the time of vacating, if any things or equipment’s found in damaged condition, the cost of damage will be deducted from the advance amount.
• No Guests are allowed to stay in your room. And if you need to keep your Male family member or Friends, you need to get approval from management on prior. Rs 500/- will be charged for a guest per night & Id proofs will be collected for guest as well.
• If Rooms are getting vacated, advance will get refunded only after checking Room Condition, all the properties in the room.

2. Room Regulations

• Respect the other inmate’s privacy by avoiding loud music or Audio in room. Avoid loud group discussions or loud phone calls in common area.
• Induction stove/cooking materials or any heating Materials (Electric water heaters, Kettle) Prohibited inside Room & campus. I understand above items are strictly prohibited in Mansion campus based on Fire safety regulations, and if management finds it, I agree to vacate the Room immediate basis.
• Ironing is prohibited in all rooms, without prior Approval from management.
• Strictly don’t put wet clothes inside the room. Kindly keep the room in Hygienic Condition.
• Raju mansion campus is No Smoking and Alcohol-free premises. Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, and other Government banned items are strictly prohibited inside Rooms & Mansion premises.
• Playing Cards, Gambling, and betting within the premises are strictly prohibited.
• Bring the outside food to mansion campus or my room, am duly responsible for removing and disposing the waste to dustbin on immediate basis. If dumping of waste in room or toilets found I will pay for damages caused.
• Inmates are duly responsible to pay charges if any damages caused by them in room during their tenure.
• Misbehave, threaten, or physical violence to any of mansion or roommate’s in the campus during my stay, I authorize management to Vacate my room on immediate basis.
• While leaving the room premises, inmates must ensure that they switch off all lights, fans, electrical appliances.
• Outsiders & Unauthorized persons are not permitted inside the room.
• The management is not responsible for any loss or theft. Hence you are requested to keep your luggage in safe conditions. Cupboard key will be given at the time of admission; Inmates are advised to use the cupboards for safe guarding their belongings.

3. Facility Usage Policy

• Drinking water is available in Mansion near office room.
• Bed cover & Pillow Cover will change twice a month or in Needy situation.
• Washing machine is available in Mansion, which is chargeable.(Rs 30 per wash).If you want to use the machine, need to Mention in prior on Facility Note available in Office room. Watch man will with you for Service.
• Wi-Fi Service is available on Mansion at No cost.
• Bandwidth speed will depend on the service provider and the House location. Speed will be limited per user and may be changed as per company policy.
• Devices per user: Inmates may have a restriction on the maximum number of devices per user. One user can access the internet on one device at a time. Management has Complete Ownership /control over Number devices per user.
• Raju Mansion is committed to offer a fair internet experience to everyone for which Management may continuously monitor internet usage by the residents. A Fair Use Policy i.e.to ensures that every resident uses data in moderation with respect to the fellow residents.
• Browsing access: The residents are not allowed to –

Access pornography, Create and maintain fake accounts, Download and view pirated content, Faking IP, Piggybacking: Using someone else’s credentials.

• Washing Stone light facility will be available from 6.30Pm to 9.30 Pm, with watchman consent.
• Till 9.30 Pm Inmates will allowed to terrace to use the washing stone. By 10 Pm Terrace Gate will be closed. Terrace Gate will reopen @ 6 AM.
• Obstructing or changing view of CCTV cameras is a Serious Offence.

4. Parking Regulations

• One Vehicle will allow per person. Management is responsible for vehicles which are inside the gate premises.
• Vehicles should be parked in allotted place which will be allotted by watchman.

5. General Policy

• No animals or pets will be brought inside the House by any person.
• No political or religious gatherings will be permitted at the residence.
• Raju mansion and its Representatives reserve the right to make spot checks on the rooms without having to give prior notice to the residents.
• Building repairs and maintenance is a continuous and planned affair and mansion Management reserves the right to open and enter any room while the Inmate’s is on leave to carry out such maintenance work. The same would be carried out in presence of the Security / Management representatives to ensure that all such activity is done in a manner which respects the privacy and dignity of the residents.
• Raju mansion will not be responsible for any packages / parcels received at the House. Inmates are requested to coordinate & collect their parcels as soon as it reaches the premises from the delivery boy.
• The Management representatives/ Security reserve the right to move residents to other rooms if there is a necessity or emergency.

 Raju mansion reserves the right to update or revise the Policy, Regulations & Rules at any time at its sole discretion and will keep the residents informed of any changes in the form of notices/messages. Ignorance of any such amendments to the rules will not be accepted as an excuse for any breach of rules and regulations. 

6. Penalty & Fines

I Understood and agree with Raju mansion policies and regulations. If I ignore of any mansion Policy and Regulations, I understood and agree I am legally vacating the room on same day. If I don’t show up, I authorize management remove all my stuff from premises.
